GBI originally found this business on… I originally found this business on Groupon and thought I would give it a shot. My first appointment for a facial was fine and I had no issues. I ended up purchasing additional treatments directly through them and probably spent over $500 in various treatments and products after the first facial. I purchased 2 skin brightening treatments & After my first skin brightening treatment the skin around the area was red and irritated and it seem to make the skin darker. It essentially felt like I was burned. I called and asked for a refund for the second skin brightening treatment I had purchased because I no longer wanted it due to my experience. I was told they do not give refunds even though I had not used the second one yet. I wasn’t even asking for a refund for the occasion where I was burned only for the unused treatment but I was told I had to pick another service, so I did. I picked a facial because I thought that would be safe since I had a good experience the first time with the Groupon facial I had purchased. Fast forward to my appointment for the facial that was scheduled for 11am. I arrived at 11:15 only to be told my appointment was forfeited due to their policies. Keep in mind this is an extremely busy street and they have no parking lot for their business. I was told I could not receive the service nor the amount I paid, not even as a store credit. They basically just kept my money! I would think they’d just deduct the 15 mins from my treatment time or charge a fee and ask me to reschedule but to completely cancel my appointment and keep the full amount I paid for the treatment seems unethical in my opinion! I understand that is their policy but a one time exception could have been made, especially for a return customer that has spent a good amount with your business, again only my opinion! I found this place in March and I had high hopes and thought I found a better solution since it’s closer to me than the other med spas I normally go to. Unfortunately, due to the experiences I described above and their policies I won’t be returning.

The moment you walk through the door they are there to answer any questions and create the best services just for you. I have struggled with acne for quite sometime and they created me a personal facial routine that has shown nothing but amazing results.

GBIt worked! And I had a great experience too I had a great experience for my first time at Fond & Faye. The room was very relaxing and Dana did a great job explaining what she was doing at each step. I already see a difference to my arms. I did the cavitation and RF frequency.

GBI booked for Facial with micro current… I booked for Facial with micro current and radio frequency. Overall, just an excellent experience with true professionals, so good I signed up for a platinum membership. Great communication every step of the way with an explanation and education ok everything being done. Walked out with a plan and can't wait to go back.
