Outstanding Customer Support While everything that could go wrong, did, Compassionate Clinics deserves a 5 star rating because their Customer Service people were there to fix everything that went wrong, and made it all right.

The Chat feature is a wonderful thing The Chat feature is a wonderful thing. I started a visit on line but it didn't tell me how long of a wait. I chatted with Jovan and he/she was very helpful. He/She sent a text when the Dr. was ready to discuss.

They actually care about paitients! I had some questions for customer service and they went above and beyond. They did not try to "sell" something to this 60 yr old Grandma in palliative care, in fact the opposite. The Gentleman on the phone chatted with me for over 10 minutes answering all my questions about the Lifetime card. I truly appreciate the quality customer service from this company.
