GBThey actually care about paitients! I had some questions for customer service and they went above and beyond. They did not try to "sell" something to this 60 yr old Grandma in palliative care, in fact the opposite. The Gentleman on the phone chatted with me for over 10 minutes answering all my questions about the Lifetime card. I truly appreciate the quality customer service from this company.

GBQuick and Breezy The phone call was nice and easy and the Doctor was in good spirits and very laid back. The process was an absolute breeze. Some hiccups with the payment going through but I was helped quickly and painlessly. Overall I had a very pleasant experience!
