For medical certification For medical certification, they carefully walk you through all the steps. They are responsive to phone calls and will follow up if/when needed. They are able to quickly go through the state paperwork that is needed and will even do it for you. Every time I had a question or a glitch, I could call them and actually speak with a person!

I gave them my information and payments and they did the rest and it was a huge relief. They were able to submit my application on the website so I didn’t have to do it and I received follow-up calls/text to make sure everything went ok. I also received a call before the appointment as well so they were able to explain the process to me and asked if I had any questions. I don’t have any negative feedback.
