PTControl panel is great Control panel is great, VPSs are dependable, but customer support seems a bit not much concerned to really learn about your problems. Anyway, I get it and like the service a lot. Cheers!

HKBad things happened to me in Smarthost. I can't believe the misfortune I've suffered ! All of my VM's port speed were limited to 20Mbps, and the support staff was unwilling to help me in the ticket. No matter how much I try to negotiate with support staff, the response is always arrogant and unhelpful To add insult to injury, the password to my account has been changed! I had to retrieve my password via email, which is a complete lack of privacy and security. What's more, my VMs were down for 12 hours that I couldn't connect to them via SSH ! And it seems that the root password were deliberately tampered with, causing me to have to reset the root password I don't know why Smarthost was bullying me like this. I spent money but the service I got was disgusting! I even wonder if it's racist I'm sick of it All I want is to at least get rid of the 20Mbps limit on VM port speeds. "Any password changes would not be related to the issue at hand."----------I'm glad you admitted that you changed my account password and root password.

NOThis is the worst experience I had ever… This is the worst experience I had ever in 10 years of business. The support member is very angry. There is no refund from them in case they didn't give you what you ordered. If you claim you refund they will threaten you by blacklisting you in the whole industry. They delivered to me services which are blacklisted in spamhaus, also, with wrong location, when I demanded to change the services or refund me in the same day, then refused and then accused me to be a spammer and they threaten to blacklisting me in the whole industry. I think I have right to demand changing bad quality delivred under 24 hours, but this unprofesional agent is very angry and have bad emotions against clients. I have proofs of this experience and conversations with links and screenshoots. Accusing people to be spammers without any proofs is a crime and unprofessional behaviour. Your response is a good example how you treat your clients after receiving money.
