The “support” told my client his site had infected files BUT refused to supply the results of the scan they allegedly did. Then, after I called them out for poor service, their “support” made the claim that had “just scanned and again found infected files” only this time they attached screenshots. Those screenshots showed the scan was done on 6/19, 2 weeks ago! Don’t use this company if you rely upon their help. FYI: the company has replied claiming the wrong company was reviewed. They are wrong. It was 100% them.
