GBRude, old hardware, ancient hardware, bad service. Find another provider, rude, bad customer service, ultra slow hosting, did not refund. Our need was 8 servers for a client, and my boss bought 1 server for my work to test. Besides being under-powered and old old Ancient hardware from 12 yrs ago, the customer service was rude. Without using it, we cancelled on the Same day within 12 hrs, but they Refused to cancel or refund our service.

HKBad things happened to me in Smarthost. I can't believe the misfortune I've suffered ! All of my VM's port speed were limited to 20Mbps, and the support staff was unwilling to help me in the ticket. No matter how much I try to negotiate with support staff, the response is always arrogant and unhelpful To add insult to injury, the password to my account has been changed! I had to retrieve my password via email, which is a complete lack of privacy and security. What's more, my VMs were down for 12 hours that I couldn't connect to them via SSH ! And it seems that the root password were deliberately tampered with, causing me to have to reset the root password I don't know why Smarthost was bullying me like this. I spent money but the service I got was disgusting! I even wonder if it's racist I'm sick of it All I want is to at least get rid of the 20Mbps limit on VM port speeds.
