GBHow to use the program I downloaded the program and called customer support they helped me walk through how to get the best out of the application. They told me to leave it on all the time on the host computer, something I would not have thought of and saved me a great deal of future problems. It has been very successful in connecting to the host from off site.

GBGreat wing man I mostly use another product for remote support but have recently added RemotePC to my toolbox as it meshes in well where my primary software is lacking. It gives me the flexibility to work without requiring client input. Works well although it can be a little funky to configure initially. Overall, it's a good product and a good value.

NLRemotePC (owned by iDrive) support is… RemotePC (owned by iDrive) support is non existstent. No matter you are a paid customer. Chat function support can’t solve anything. And emails are not answered. Seems like HQ is based in a country like India and don’t hire support employees.

GBGreat remote access solution for Windows 10/11 I purchased this software when I had an emergency trip across the country (USA). I installed on my server at home, and my laptop from the AirBNB I was staying at. The software worked correctly the first time (I had used it for a client before) and it was fast and reliable. I work for a software company and provide services to Enterprise customers and I can't imagine not having it. A+++
