Great remote access solution for Windows 10/11 I purchased this software when I had an emergency trip across the country (USA). I installed on my server at home, and my laptop from the AirBNB I was staying at. The software worked correctly the first time (I had used it for a client before) and it was fast and reliable. I work for a software company and provide services to Enterprise customers and I can't imagine not having it. A+++

Remote PC is AMAZING Remote PC is AMAZING! For years we have been held hostage by TeamViewer and their super high prices. TeamViewer is not a good product and fails often. It was very stressful for our team. We are a small company of 4-5 employees. Remote PC has fixed all the issues we had with remote connectivity and works FLAWLESSLY for a fraction of the price! Scam - dont issue invoice This site is a scam, it is impossible to talk to someone without paying, and they refuse to issue an invoice for payments made!!! I already send email to support the answear is that i have to upgrade to another product to have a invoice. Already chatted several times with Remote Pc support always the same answear trying to contact the sales and billing department and never can... Below every body can see their answear, one year and the answear is this, spend more money with us if you want a invoice... "I took a look and currently the SOHO plan does not qualify for the VAT ID. The account needs to be upgraded to the Team or Enterprise plan to qualify for the VAT ID. Let me know if you need any steps to upgrade the account?"

RemotePC is the best! I tried several software products for remote access and RemotePC is by far the most affordable, powerful and easy to use. I could not believe how quick it was to set up. And QUICK to log on and take care of your business. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to remotely access computers.

RemotePC is good at what they do RemotePC is good at what they do. I wish that their connection was more consistent with speed and latency when connecting to a partner computer and when opening programs within that computer. There is some input delay but with the price and package options they offer it absolutely makes up for it. I am glad I can choose what option works best for my team and me.
