GBI was a customer for 4 years I was a customer for 4 years. Their solver worked great and they had good customer & technical support. But all of a sudden their customer support went away and the good people that supported me in the past are gone. Solver quit working on Excel and nobody to solve my problem. Unfortunately I had to quit them. In the past I would rate them A+ but not anymore. Buyer Beware!
