There is not enough level of academic… There is not enough level of academic usage support both price and technical support. In the first year, technical support was very good level but now there is not enough helpful.

Excel can become unstable Excel can become unstable. Many times i have to remove the Frontline add-in from excel to improve stability. I use the add-in about 2 or 3 days a month so this is not something that is all the big a deal. If i leave it installed i have more issues with excel freezing up or stalling and generally i dump the add-in. The installation and annual update process was greatly improved.
