GBIncredibly Easy I called in to set up Internet for my home last month and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get it all figured out. The sales rep was extremely helpful and knowledgable when it came to finding the package that was just right for me. I was a bit disappointed that the service took so long to get turned on...it is 2015 after all. But I haven't had any issues since!

GBService via Telephone I called Century Link to make changes on my pkg telephone and Internet. I was put on hold for 1 hour and 25 minuets finally a person who then transferred me and I waited an additional 1 hour! I find this unacceptable for service they should be performing. Service they provide once you get the right person on repairs seem to be fine. That is why I rated 2 stars. If you call on service you need lots of time and a good phone for hold. Bill A

GBridiculous After being a loyal customer for about 10 years, my family bought new property and moved 3/4 of a mile from where we had our service, from a dirt road to a highway. When I contacted centurylink to have my existing service, a phone and Internet bundle, moved to my new address, I was told they would be unable to do so because Internet service was exhausted in my area and they were not allowing any new accounts. I didn't want a new account, I wanted to move a 10 year old account of over $100 a month less than a mile down the road. I talked to numerous reps and was told the same thing. Since my service had to be canceled I have had to up my cell data plan to accomodate my home business and my children's schooling. It would be nice if centurylink would try to address the lack of Internet availability issue in my area, because I know several people who would be interested in service.

GBexcellent service I have had centurylink for the past 2 years and the company is great. When my bill was raised after the first year of service, customer service worked the bill back down. If I have any problems they try their best to fix the issue.
