I never think about my hostway service… I never think about my hostway service which I have had for many years. I never think about it because it just works. Solid and reliable. What else need I say?

Internet technology isn't perfect and… Internet technology isn't perfect and so much is happening that it is often we come across a road block. At times, these need to be resolved ASAP as some client or the other is breathing down our sorry necks. That's when a good hosting service can be invaluable. I am an average sort of guy and often there are issues way above my head. These guys at Hostway have always helped me and fast too.

Sister Company-MyHosting Sister Company-MyHosting I had been a myhosting customer for years. I had a credit card expire and missed one payment. They terminated - TERMINATED the service. And guess what, their answer was to move to Hostway their "sister" company. Seriously, if you want people to migrate why not work with them? TERMINATE? I will absolutely go elsewhere. Thank you, and NO THANK YOU!

I am really surprised with the quality… I removed the previous bad review. After talking with One of the managers, Ms. Joy. She fixed my issues. Hostway really needs to provide proper customer service skills to their billing agents. They are extremely arrogant and have zero (0) respect for customers. The reason I increased to 3 stars is because of the manager's resolution of my problem.
