GBHostway always provide a great service… Hostway always provide a great service with excellent choices. Typically Hostway provides great customer service and tech support as well. Rarely, yet it does happen, there is a glitch in the business end that requires more than one contact with Hostway.

GBOur Church emails were with Spectrum… Our Church emails were with Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Business) for several years. When Spectrum decided to stop hosting they sent an email to that effect. Trying to deal with Spectrum was almost impossible because they insisted they did not host the mail. Find out they (while still TWC) had contracted with Mimecast for hosting. Mimecast wouldn't release records because their deal was with Time Warner Cable. Finally, a Hostway representative took the time (and a lot of it) to straighten out the mess and get all the MX records and addresses switched. Mail has worked flawlessly since then. We could not be more pleased.

DKTerrible service Hostway hosted our pl.domain. In the meantime Hostwat stopped offering pl-domains and claimed there was a technical problem in renewing our website. Instead of suggesting us to transfer our website to another provider, they kept assuring us, that they were investigating the case - for more than 2 months. Eventually our domain was hi-jacked by an alien company, when Hostway allowed it to expire - so we had to buy it for a big sum. No regrets, no honesty - stay away!

GBSister Company-MyHosting Sister Company-MyHosting I had been a myhosting customer for years. I had a credit card expire and missed one payment. They terminated - TERMINATED the service. And guess what, their answer was to move to Hostway their "sister" company. Seriously, if you want people to migrate why not work with them? TERMINATE? I will absolutely go elsewhere. Thank you, and NO THANK YOU!

GBVery pleased We have used Hostway for quite a few years to host our business website and email system. In all that time we’ve only had a 2 or 3 relatively minor issues. Their customer support is very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend them.
