At the end of each section, we were presented with a diagram to help clearly understand our assignments within our estate plan. The website's interface also made it easy to go back to each section and edit our advocates &/or beneficiaries. Thorough -- yet easy to complete MyAdvocate Is thorough and yet easy to use. Our estate plans were old. They needed an update - specific to our state requirements. The on-line program walks you thru most all scenarios but I did have a couple of questions which were promptly answered PRIOR to completing our purchase. Their personalized service is outstanding.
