Really GREAT Product! Wife and I did the Custom Will plan. We have 3 children who will receive different items from us when we die. There were plenty of choices on how to ensure our children receive their inheritance in trust over time as they mature. Easy to specify and complete the process. Love the notification feature to let our friend who is the backup executor what to expect and where to find our stuff.

Estate Planning Made Super Easy! Estate planning language and concepts are daunting for most which is why we put off creating an estate plan. With MyAdvocate, the process is so easy. Really! You answer a few questions, posed in layman’s terms. And out spits the estate plan document. (And all the documents you need for a complete estate plan are within the program.) If you are not sure how to answer a question, there are relevant sidebars of information about each question. If you are still unclear about anything at all, you can ask more questions of the professional and knowledgeable MyAdvocate support team.
