Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. I purchased the Club Theme. Unfortunately I needed a refund due to what I needed the theme to do however the themes are very well built. They gave me a refund immediately. I am looking at some of the updates coming with the themes and it's excellent value for money!

TEMPLATIC IS A SCAM TOTAL SCAMMERS! Firstly they did an unauthorized charge even after submitting multiple requests to cancel the subscription. THEY HAVE INTENTIONALLY DISABLED CANCEL BUTTON so no one can ever cancel the subscription and they keep charging months after months. I then emailed to 2checkout for a refund. I am yet to get a reply from them. I have been contacting templatic for the last 15 days but no reply at all. IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO BE ROBBED AWAY, DONT DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

I use several of the Templatic themes… I use several of the Templatic themes and really love the time it saves me in development. I am very happy with Templatic and highly recommend them.

We are using the Templatic Tevolution theme… We are using the Templatic Tevolution Theme for our business directory. We have had a lot of hicups in the beginning but the support team especially Bikram has always managed to get any issue solved. We just love the product and all its customization options. Exceptional customer support-better than most. I am very impressed with the support and help given me from Templatic. Companies with products costing thousands of dollars (or more) don't provide the level of support that I've seen from Templatic. Even before I purchased my theme template from them, they responded to multiple emails and even spoke with me to thoroughly answer EVERY question I've asked and provided me with recommendations to help me achieve my objectives, even recommending other products. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase anything from them, but now I'll be their customer for life. I wish other companies were more like them with their customer support.
