A short review for a great product: A short review for a great product: Large Multi layered site. Themes are generally good, and relatively easy to customize. Their own plugins are okay and most work as required. General WP plugins work well with the site. Where do they stand out? Support! Time and time again, as my site is quite heavily customized, I have had to contact Deekshit in support. Speedy resolutions every time. Often they ask for the FTP access, which due to the site configuration, I can't give them. So then they find a work around. Good product but great support! cornwalltourismoffice.co.uk

Bought the Chateau, what a waste of time. Bought the Chateau, bad coding, not responsive, didnt work on Safari browser, 5 months and 2 website designers later sent it to the graveyard. Support was useless, told me to get web designers to fix their faults. Dont waste your time. They didnt refund me either.

As somebody that is not a developer As somebody that is not a developer, and a complete novice....the folks at Templatic have been really really good to me. Deekshit has got to be one of the most patient people I have ever met. I literally have asked him 100's of questions..probably similar questions...and he always points me in the right direction! I would defiantly recommend Templatic to anybody who is looking at trying to build a website.

Templatic is definitely one of the best… Templatic is definitely one of the best theme/web services I have ever encountered. Not only are their themes nice and professional looking, but their customer service is excellent. I have never had any problems with receiving quality and fast help. Will definitely be recommending them to many people.

Bad company ever I deal with Its almost 6 month working with templatic support team, but they can't fix bug within their own PayU Latam plugin. I am still looking for external developer who can fix payment gateway issue for me. Support team is really nonsense. I even offered them to do a paid fix but they are asking me stupid questions and never fix the issue. Super bad company I ever deal with.
