We have had a lot of hicups in the beginning but the support team especially Bikram has always managed to get any issue solved. We just love the product and all its customization options. As somebody that is not a developer As somebody that is not a developer, and a complete novice....the folks at Templatic have been really really good to me. Deekshit has got to be one of the most patient people I have ever met. I literally have asked him 100's of questions..probably similar questions...and he always points me in the right direction! I would defiantly recommend Templatic to anybody who is looking at trying to build a website.

Exceptional customer support-better than most. I am very impressed with the support and help given me from Templatic. Companies with products costing thousands of dollars (or more) don't provide the level of support that I've seen from Templatic. Even before I purchased my theme template from them, they responded to multiple emails and even spoke with me to thoroughly answer EVERY question I've asked and provided me with recommendations to help me achieve my objectives, even recommending other products. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase anything from them, but now I'll be their customer for life. I wish other companies were more like them with their customer support.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. I purchased the Club Theme. Unfortunately I needed a refund due to what I needed the theme to do however the themes are very well built. They gave me a refund immediately. I am looking at some of the updates coming with the themes and it's excellent value for money!
