Update:I have not received my order # 2074438 Update: Apparently, my 1st email was missed plus the new change in the catalog, caused the problem. After contacting the 2nd time, I got an immediate response to my concern as well as a sincere apology for the confusion. I received my order very quickly and I’m very impressed with customer service. Thank you Alex for your help in this matter. I have changed my revised my review based on wonderful customer service. I have not received my order # 2074438. I ordered this on June 28th and contacted customer service and it’s been radio silence from your company. I’ve contacted customer service again today. I’m not sure what’s going on since my first order had no problems. I’m very disappointed and will not be ordering from your company again.

I don’t normally use chat in a website I don’t normally use chat in a website, but because one of the agents at Medity noticed a difference in the compression sleeve I put in my cart from what I normally purchased, she checked with me to see if this was the one I really wanted. The chat went wonderfully, the agent was very knowledgeable and I ordered one different from my normal order, but guided me to the one best suited for my needs. Can’t say enough good things about this experience.
