GBMy overall experience with Medityhealth… My overall experience with Medityhealth was averge. It was nothing to write home about. Nothinng extraordinary or bad happened when dealing with this company. Interaction with customer service was run-of-the-mill and I had to wait a bit for an answer, but the staff was poliet. There was no difficultiy in figureing out the site. Transactions went without hiccup. To sum it up, I woudn't say Medityhealth was extraordinatry but nor was it bad. Just your aveage experience.

GBI purchased a pair of socks for my mother I purchased a pair of socks for my mother. She has another pair and is very impressed with the product! Unfortunately, my order has been delayed because of the holiday which is to be expected. When I e-mailed, the customer service representative was quick to get back to me and incredibly kind. He apologized for the delay and let me know that it was just sent out yesterday.

GBHighly recommend calling Alex at Medity Health for compression products My podiatrist recommended that I wear 15-20 mmHg* knee highs and gave me a local company which has now closed its doors. Subsequently, I searched online for the Juzo brand knee highs and found Medity Health. I am very happy with my relationship with Medity Health. My first purchase with them was through a phone call with Alex. He listened. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable about all of the compression products they sell. I have since purchased more knee high colors plus arm sleeves. My Juzo knee highs and arm sleeves are so very soft and comfortable to wear all day long plus, they look great. Both the knee highs and arm sleeves have silicone bands that prevent slipping and rolling. I love that the Juzo products are machine washable and dryer friendly. I look forward to buying more knee high colors as they become available, as well as more beautifully patterned arm sleeves.

GBThank you Medity Health legging products (sigvaris) help me manage my early lymphedema following my recovery from cancer. Customer care is attentive and quick to assist. On my 3rd order of products, the package was delayed by FedEx. Customer care sent out a duplicate order right away for me to receive it when needed.

GBUse the live chat person to avoid mistakes There was a live chat person who helped me find the exact kind of compression stockings that I wanted. She put a link in our chat and I was able to go to these stockings. She also explained how the sizing worked so that I wouldn’t mess up the order like I did the last time (I didn’t use the chat last time and ordered the wrong size). Yes, using the chat was exceptional!
