AUGreat Product - Great Customer Service - Great attention to detail. I placed an order and made a mistake with the sizing. I sent an email to inquire about returning the products for the correct size. To my delight and satisfaction, the return email from a staff member Nikki was professional and offered a solution straight away. The first call solution was excellent. I managed to secure another order, without all the mumbo jungo one would normally have to put up with from other companies I have had to deal with in the past. For me it wasn't about the money, it was about being actually valued and listened to. The product is great and well made and offered me the pain relief I was searching for. GBMistake on ordering Somehow I have just made a mistake and put 2 orders in for my socks 🤦♀️. I messaged them straight away to try to cancel both orders, got a lovely person come back (Alex S) who helped my sort the orders out, I told he I needed the 1st order but need it it to be shipped on the express as I need them by October 2nd in the U.K. . He sorted it all out with in 1/2 hr of me E-mailing (there was a cancellation free ,but I was okay with that as it was my fault ) . Just received an email stating out all the figure and what I would receive back. This was done so efficiently, I am so great full for all your help with this matter . Looking forward to receiving my sock. Ann

GBI like the way the socks feel I like the way the socks feel, the pattern of the sock will leave the same pattern on your legs but you don't notice it until you take the socks off. They do a fabulous job of keeping the swelling down during the day and they don't slide down.

GBI've played around with… I've played around with myVitalflows.com and found it to be almos alright. Navigating and searching through the website is easy to do. I was a bit disapointed with the price options but overall the site is good enouf. The product selection was good and they also have a wide range of payment options. I also found no spelling or grammer mistakes on the website. I think they could improve on the customer service a bit. All n' all, not a bad site.
