GBThe advise on sizing is poor and poor admin staff The advise on sizing is poor, the size is important because the socks are a tight fit but the is no advice. .The stiching inside the sock is not finished properly and marks legs and ankles . The socks are returnable at the buyers expense to a USA address which from the problem i had was no one appeared to monitor the receipt of post, hence my refund took 30 days from return despatch to the actual receipt of refund, The courier stated that parcel was delivered but was not traced by poor admin staff. Do not trust promise of early refund.

I sent an email to inquire about returning the products for the correct size. To my delight and satisfaction, the return email from a staff member Nikki was professional and offered a solution straight away. The first call solution was excellent. I managed to secure another order, without all the mumbo jungo one would normally have to put up with from other companies I have had to deal with in the past. For me it wasn't about the money, it was about being actually valued and listened to. The product is great and well made and offered me the pain relief I was searching for.
