Great experience I ordered a Mason Pearson travel brush. Their price was significantly cheaper so I tried ordering from them for the first time. It was exactly as advertised and arrived pretty quickly. I think it arrived in 5 days. Great value. I would definitely recommend.

BUYER BEWARE! Horrible, deceptive customer service! I ordered two products. One was smaller and in a different form than the item I paid for. The other product was so dried out it wouldn't come out of the tube. I contacted them several times for over a month. At first they would reply but ask for more photos or ask other questions. In my opinion they were hoping I'd give up if they frustrated me enough. I gave them whatever they asked for (photos in different formats, batch numbers, etc.) and then they just stopped replying. Terrible company! Buyer beware!

My experience with stylerule.com was… My experience with stylerule.com was shrowded in mediocrity. Thier services were nothing more than avearge and their product quality didn't live up to the hype. Nothing special apart from the everyday shopping experience. The functionality of the website was, meh, modrate. Nothing to be excited about, there were no exciting offers or new innovative features. The most positve point is that nothing was broken. All in all, one can say it was an okey experience. Wouldn't go so far as to recommend it.

Great product and excellent service Great product and excellent service. My only complaint would be I couldn’t get into your tracking system. It wouldn’t recognize the tracking number you sent me. I hoped for an earlier delivery but should have ordered sooner.
