GBGreat experience I ordered a Mason Pearson travel brush. Their price was significantly cheaper so I tried ordering from them for the first time. It was exactly as advertised and arrived pretty quickly. I think it arrived in 5 days. Great value. I would definitely recommend.

GBGreat product and excellent service Great product and excellent service. My only complaint would be I couldn’t get into your tracking system. It wouldn’t recognize the tracking number you sent me. I hoped for an earlier delivery but should have ordered sooner.

GBNot what I ordered As pictured and described, I ordered AG Ultradynamics "COLOUR CARE" extra firm finishing hairspray. That is not what I received. I received AG Ultradynamics hair spray with no mention of colour care on the label. The can is entirely different than what was ordered and the label is a "stick on" label adhered to a"blank" can. I now have 3 cans of what? Since this company is in Australia, no sense in getting involved in a return.

GBExpiry date for face balm in 6 days???? I ordered 3 containers of Avene Tolerance Control Balm. It is Oct, 25 2023 when I received the order. All of them expire in 6 days. That is not acceptable. I would expect a 6 month usage date - at the least. Completely unacceptable. Updated after their reply. Return is fine, except you pay postage both ways. So they are at net zero and you are out two postages for their mistake. How is that right?
