GBExtremely happy! Extremely happy! I just had a single molar made. The fit is perfect and it looks fantastic! Also very satisfied with the speed of every step and the responsiveness of customer service. My ONE tiny complaint is that the gum color is noticably darker than my natural color. It’s a back molar so not very visible, but I do wish it was a more perfect match. Aside from that very minor issue, I could not be more thrilled! It’s also very comfortable, have only had it a few hours and I already almost forget it’s there… so glad I got it!

GBNo support response The ordering and receiving process was good. However, I am having problems with my lower partial device rubbing my gum causing pain and redness. I am unable to wear it and have been trying to contact someone on your support site and phone for 5 days now. Nothing. My upper device is fine but I’m very disappointed with my lower. I feel this should have been responded to within at least a couple of days.

GBAll I wanted for Christmas was my two… All I wanted for Christmas was my two front teeth.. and Resetsmile made that happen! My order was received in December and I had purchased the 2 year refresh and replace warranty (very glad I did and highly recommend for everyone if you’re clumsy like me and lose things easily) Well, I lost my device sure enough, I called Resetsmile and my order was placed the same day for FREE and a week later I had my device back in my hands again!!! GBI attempted to send the Kit back that I… I attempted to send the Kit back that I received, there is no way to get ahold of Cus Ser, the email no one responds, The Phone Number no live person to speak. SCAM! Still have not heard back and it's been several Months!
