GBRefitting Support Non-Existant I almost never write reviews, so the fact I feel the need to share my experience says something, I'd say. The fitting process and turnaround was real simple, however, I am VERY dissatisfied with their support after I paid nearly $1000 for my denture with warranty. The denture is too high causing discomfort and jaw pain after only a few hours of use. I reached out to their support email as instructed on their included card the day after I received the denture (4/5). No response beyond the automated "We're looking at it". I tried calling their support line the following Monday. Had to leave a message - I did, with my contact details. Nothing. I was more than gracious giving them adequate time to respond back and did not try to follow-up again until a week later, on 4/11. I tried both email and phone call - same thing, radio silence. It's been ANOTHER week and still not a peep from ANY of their support! Completely unacceptable and I will be reporting to the BBB as after paying nearly a grand for dentures that I can't use and no support, this smells like a scam to me. Resetsmile, you NEED to improve your support system, especially for customers that need adjustments to their dentures!

GBGreat Company, Awesome Customer Service I originally purchased my device in September of 2023 and was very happy with my device, shortly after the 90-day warranty had expired, my device broke. Sadly, thinking I'd made a bad decision investing in this purchase and was at a financial loss. I then noticed a few months ago began receiving a mountain of ads via email and seeing Ads on Facebook of discount offers from ResetSmile with feelings of displeasure. Reluctantly, I decided to send my concern through their online form to express my experience with my device, to my unexpected surprise I was contacted and offered a replacement device. I was utterly elated after months of the loss of my original device. The empathy and courtesy relayed from Customer Service Rep, Trevor was greatly appreciated. An Extremely Satisfied Customer

GBAll I wanted for Christmas was my two… All I wanted for Christmas was my two front teeth.. and Resetsmile made that happen! My order was received in December and I had purchased the 2 year refresh and replace warranty (very glad I did and highly recommend for everyone if you’re clumsy like me and lose things easily) Well, I lost my device sure enough, I called Resetsmile and my order was placed the same day for FREE and a week later I had my device back in my hands again!!! Thank you To everyone at Resetsmile you really are changing lives
