In addition to the butt lifter, I ordered the AirSkim firm compression bodysuit shaper. When I received the shapewear, I tried it on and noticed around the waist, it was somewhat flexible. The company has been responsive via… The company has been responsive via email within 24-48 hrs and offering feasible options for returns or exchanges. I've ordered quite a few items and working with Shapelix has been an okay experience. An opportunity for improvement would be a quicker reply to return requests and questions. I can do better as well with replies to emails.
