BUYER BEWARE.. BUYER BEWARE... I got my order on 04/06/2024 and could not fit the item contacted their customer service is horrible with responses. I finally got a hold of someone to obtain their return address. I sent them 2 and I got refunded for 1 item. I am reporting them to BBB and the Federal trade commission they are just wrong all the way around

Would not buy again I received the package, it's fine.i purchased: AirSlim® Post Surgery Liposuction Compression Shapewear × 1 However, the straps gets undone by itself. The leg edges rise up and fold. I also, purchased the CoreSculpt™ Seamless Eco Support Bra × 1. It's terrible. Not something I would recommend.

Wonderful customer service I purchased something that did not fit, and I was able to re-purchase something that I did want to actually get that fit perfectly in the mist of that as a result of me reviewing the product the fee for the second purchase was waived. I greatly appreciate it and I’m very happy.

Great quality and great customer service I purchased several items from Shapellx and the order was shipped accurately and on time. The quality of the items were very good and the compression strength was just as noted in the description. I decided to exchange one item and the customer service handled that issue promptly. Does a perfect job! I have been going through a weight loss journey. This shape wear definitely made me feel more confident in my appearance. I need to size down now. Will definitely look into other products.
