GBmine might be defective mine might be defective, the light doesnt stay on so it looks like its off but in reality its on. i thought this would be easier to use since everything is in the kit, but now im not sure. there’s a learning curve to the temperature process.

GBGreat Wax. Slow Ship The wax itself is absolutely wonderful! It works a charm and isnt super messy or annoying to work with. The wax pot is also super nice and works great. My only complaint was the very long shipping wait, as I had gotten an email that my order was confirmed, then supposedly shipped 3-5 day later, but hadn't gotten to me for almost another 2 weeks which was longer than the said shipment time. Overall though I love everything else and will continue to bu Jelly Wax!
