jelly wax is great! Highly recommend! Jelly wax is by far the best at home hair removal method I’ve tried. I’ve tried other wax methods like roll on wax, sugar wax, strip wax, and others. These were all very painful and left me with bad results. Jelly wax is SO easy and barely even painful. I’ve used it on my arms, legs, bikini line, and armpits and have no been disappointed. I definitely recommend for beginners and people who are experienced.

Good company and good product This waxing machine has been my go-to for three solid years. I'm in my 50s, and as an Asian, tackling facial hair around my mouth can be a real quest. But this machine? It's the Usain Bolt of warming up – quick! Does its job so splendidly, it's like a magic wand for unwanted fuzz.

Great Wax. Slow Ship The wax itself is absolutely wonderful! It works a charm and isnt super messy or annoying to work with. The wax pot is also super nice and works great. My only complaint was the very long shipping wait, as I had gotten an email that my order was confirmed, then supposedly shipped 3-5 day later, but hadn't gotten to me for almost another 2 weeks which was longer than the said shipment time. Overall though I love everything else and will continue to bu Jelly Wax!

mine might be defective mine might be defective, the light doesnt stay on so it looks like its off but in reality its on. i thought this would be easier to use since everything is in the kit, but now im not sure. there’s a learning curve to the temperature process.
