GBCustomer service- HUGE PROBLEM Very easy onboarding. It’s the service (lack of) afterwards that is terrible. You cannot get anyone on the phone- always directly to voicemail, and I never get a return call. If I do get an email response, it’s a 1 liner. It’s as if they are doing us a favor by carrying our policy, and they’d prefer not to be bothered once we signed up. Pretty frustrating.
