Review of Purchase, Customer Service, and Delivery This review is solely on Purchase, Customer Service and Delivery. I am going to wait 30 days of use to then do a review on the actual product. All I can say is that the professionalism which I received from this company was immeasurable. From Pricing, getting to my dentist and any questions that i sent emails to... was immediately responded and answered. I only gave this review a 4 since on delivery the Reservoir was not in the box and had to be shipped to me at a later date. Other than that I am very pleased with the service which I have gotten so far and I can't wait to do more business with Proclaim.

I really like the oral health jet I really like the oral health jet. However, I do wish it could some spray behind my back teeth (rearmost molars).

One week in and it feels great! It took a while to get it but that's not uncommon with start ups. Customer service was excellent - very responsive. Item arrived as promised and so far we love it. A week in, it's incredibly easy to use and SO much faster than flossing. My mouth does feel fresher afterwards even more so than after just brushing and I'm not even using the infusion. Look forward to our dental visit to see the results...

Best at home flosser Best at home flosser! I mean it gets you clean! I would like a compact travel version since I can only use this at home and I travel 1/2 the month. Would be simple enough to have a compact size as well

The unit arrived about a week earlier… The unit arrived about a week earlier than promised, so that was a nice surprise. I'm enjoying using this unique product... and hoping to see positive results at my next dentist visit.
