Looooong wait The bad: months to take delivery (meanwhile you’ve been charged in full!), the top of the water reservoir is not positively attached in any way (easy to get bumped off) and for unknown reasons the connector for the reservoir to the base is off-centered so that it takes more fiddling than should be necessary to mount in after filling. Takes up a LOT of counter space. Rinse additive doesn’t come in economically sized (and priced) containers. The good: well, it seems to work as advertised. I am not certain it can truly replace floss as it can’t get very stuck bits out of tight spaces, but certainly a huge step forward in the “rinsing between meals” department. Water instrument cord doesn’t get tangled - nice design!

One week in and it feels great! It took a while to get it but that's not uncommon with start ups. Customer service was excellent - very responsive. Item arrived as promised and so far we love it. A week in, it's incredibly easy to use and SO much faster than flossing. My mouth does feel fresher afterwards even more so than after just brushing and I'm not even using the infusion. Look forward to our dental visit to see the results...

Proclaim MIO requirement Molar and premolar cleaning are very good, canine / incisor cleaning ok. Extremely tight fit to get into my mouth. Your measurements should include MIO / Maximal Incisal Opening. My MIO is only 25 mm ( normal is 40mm ) and sometimes inserting the proclaim causes fissures at a labial corner. Shaving even 1mm from the device height would be much better.

Product works great. My mouth feels clean! Machine works great. Effect on my mouth has been significant.
