Tried the free trial, but no customer support I have tried the free trial and loved it. I got access to the premium account via work, due to my disability, however the token they gave does not work. I have tried for over 2 months now to get in contact with someone at Speechify. I've tried email, WhatsApp (odd feature), you name it. I still have not received any communication on where this premium access is, and their customer service would be horrible if it even existed, but I believe it doesn't as they are so difficult to contact. I really did try to make this work, but I would not recommend this to anyone, and would actively ensure anyone close to me avoids this.

Appreciating Ian and others The feedback I got from Ian truly helped me to manage PDF files in the future to be easier recognizable by the online version of the application. However, I see that the Android app is more reliable and compatible with various situations. I hope that in the future, I will be less frequently facing such issues. Much appreciate Ian again and the whole Speechify team and wish this service will get better soon in the future on many other aspects as well, Ahmad

Went from a hater to a lover in a few emails! I was extremely escalated as I was charged the full price, when it said I was to have a discount, and I didn’t even have access to the premium version. Poonam stepped in and totally turned my experience and frustration around in a professional manner. They resolved, not only my issue, but gave me an even further discount for my trouble in a very timely manner. I went from a Speechify hater to lover in just a few emails, thank you Poonam for your excellent customer service! :)

I made a purchase on Speechify by… I made a purchase on Speechify by accident. I emailed to them and asked for the full refund. Ian was extremely useful and issued the refund as well as 50% promo code in case I want to use their services again. Overall, great experience. Expecting my refund in the next 5-10 days.

Excellent App, Fantastic Customer Service Amazing app, in the past 12 months, with Speechify I've saved 50% of my study time, studied better and remembered more. Moreover, when I made a mistake with payment and wrote to them one of their staff named Maria responded in about 3 minutes, kept in touch with me and saw that my case was resolved to my satisfaction within 42 hours.
