It works but then it doesn't It works but then it doesn't. There are a lot of unresolved bugs and issues that they say they are working on but they never get fixed. I've been using the software two years now and haven't seen a single improvement. They've only ever increased the monthly price and fees for payments and credit checks. I bring this stuff up and they blow me off with a canned response. Pass on this one. It's dieing a slow death. They're just milking it's final pennies and making zero investment in improvements or known issues.

Does What I Need It To Do Good overall and works for my single rental needs. Easy to access on desktop and mobile app to keep track of my property. Invoice for rent payment posts automatically and rent is paid to bank account automatically. My tenant also says he enjoys using the app. Biggest downside is the length of time it takes to receive my rent payments - about 10 days!

Tenant Cloud Saves Us Time and Has Improved Our Recordkeeping. We have been using Tenant Cloud for a few years. It has been very helpful with communicating, organizing, and recording activity with our tenants. The online payment system saves us time with recording payments and going to the bank. When we had a problem or concern with an issue, their support has been both timely and helpful.

3 years with TenantCloud We have been using TenantCloud for over 3 years now and have had a great experience with it. TenantCloud helps us keep everything organized and keeps our tenants on the know by automatically sending them rent payment reminders and letting the tenants and us comunicate within the platform and let's them send maintenence requests and rent payment as well. It's also very helpful by providing us local services/vendors for maintenence requests and allowing us to keep records of everything for tax purposes. It's a one stop shop and we highly recommend it.

Complicated software, too expensive. Avoid! This used to be a free service. Then they got rid of the free level and forced you into an expensive paid monthly plan. They will hold your data hostage and force you to pay to keep access. Want to cancel? They will delete all your data and your account. Horrible business practice. Avoid if you can.
