Tenant Cloud Saves Us Time and Has Improved Our Recordkeeping. We have been using Tenant Cloud for a few years. It has been very helpful with communicating, organizing, and recording activity with our tenants. The online payment system saves us time with recording payments and going to the bank. When we had a problem or concern with an issue, their support has been both timely and helpful.

Our favorite feature is that it allows a smooth online experience for our tenants to apply, pay, sign, and do everything they need to do without the hassle of mail or checks. It gives us an easy way to set up recurring transactions and to bill our tenants for various fees. While there have been bugs or questions a few times, the helpdesk has been very responsive.

3 years with TenantCloud We have been using TenantCloud for over 3 years now and have had a great experience with it. TenantCloud helps us keep everything organized and keeps our tenants on the know by automatically sending them rent payment reminders and letting the tenants and us comunicate within the platform and let's them send maintenence requests and rent payment as well. It's also very helpful by providing us local services/vendors for maintenence requests and allowing us to keep records of everything for tax purposes. It's a one stop shop and we highly recommend it.

Best property management platform of the market I've been using Tenant Cloud for about 4 years and have nothing but great things to say about the company. I've had a lot of questions over the years and every time I receive a timely and accurate response from the Tenant Cloud team. Their platform is easy to use, inexpensive (especially for what you get) and gives me nearly everything that I could ask for as a small landlord (5 units).
