Every receipt, every transaction, and every rent payment or tenant fee, all tracked. At the end of the month or year at the click of a button we can print out totals and see who still owes us money. When it comes to tax season it's helpful to make sure all our expenses are accounted for. The tech support is always so responsive, if you have an issue or you don't understand something or you think something could be programed better, submit an online form and they get back to your later that day. We suggest this to other companies large and small because you can have multiple admin accounts and it's free for your tenants to use. Overall, we are so happy we found this app when we did.
