GBDo NOT get their concierge service Do NOT get their concierge service. It is a WASTE of money and you'll figure this out quickly enough but you'll be locked into a contract AND they lock-up your Google business acct to them, too. I am still trying to get them to turn OFF their control of my account two months later after six months of the worst results from ad spend I've seen. We got one deal closed from the effort. Terrible leads and customer service. The regular app is fine and helpful, but do not pay them extra money!!!

GBShowings on the go Homesnap is my go-to app when I'm on the road and clients have specific questions about a home while showing to clients. I like that it pulls up comparable listings in the building and neighborhood to include current active, contingent, and sold which helps me speak better to the market and value of the home. One critical data point missing is the HOA/condo fee.

I use it to review the listing details before visiting the property with my new homebuyers. This app has allowed me to create highly successful customer engagement. Additionally, their Pro+ variant appeared in the top positions of Google Search. They have a strong online presence and excellent SEO! I wish their monthly fee was less expensive.
