GBUnfortunately I’ve been calling &… Unfortunately I’ve been calling & emailing for over a month and I cannot seem to get a single representative to respond to me. I stay on hold for hours and no responses to my emails. Homesnap manages my Google business account & there are plenty malfunctions. I would just love a rep to help me out, as I am a pro plus paying customer and their inefficiency is negatively impacting my business.

GBAgent buyer beware Homesnap… Agent buyer beware Homesnap is a so so app.I used it occasionally.They automatic renew even when you tell them it is offered as a benefit through my MLS. They are fighting me on a reimbursement. Its my own fault, I usually do not sign up for anything that has auto renew because the companies are not usually trust worthy. Got Me!

GBShowings on the go Homesnap is my go-to app when I'm on the road and clients have specific questions about a home while showing to clients. I like that it pulls up comparable listings in the building and neighborhood to include current active, contingent, and sold which helps me speak better to the market and value of the home. One critical data point missing is the HOA/condo fee.

GBNeeded my email to be updated I contacted Homesnap to report that the email associated with my profile was from an old brokerage and that I could not verify my new email. The issue was fixed by Homesnap in what felt like less than 1 min from the time I sent my email. I've been obsessed with using the app to its fullest potential since.
