Genuine Company! Truly Beauty has a wonderful array of products that assist with several different concerns, etc. This is amazing as you’ll likely find any type of skin concern product at Truly :). I made a purchase tonight and was able to order a customized shave bundle! This was so exciting to me that I was able to create my bundle so easily and seamlessly. The bundle was discounted too which was so amazing! Truly cares about their customers, they have a great rewards program which I also was able to claim for free by using my points 🩷. I will continue to be Truly customer ☺️.

Very disappointed Very disappointed. 3 products were shattered when I received my order. What’s worse - I opened the box on my bed next to my 14 year old daughter. Shards of glass went everywhere, because I didn’t know the glass jars were broken until I unraveled the brown paper. What happened to the bubble wrap? I have cuts on my thumb and index finger. I’m over it. I have many photos of everything. My first experience with this company. Horrible.

Amazing!! Definitely worth the money! One of my items came melted so I sent out an email about it and within an hour the problem was resolved and a replacement was shipped out. I absolutely love my order and they all smell and feel absolutely amazing, I'm so grateful for the quick replacement and the amazing customer service!!

Product leaked in transit and has damaged lid I had an issue with a product leaking in transit and emailed customer service and literally heard back from them in a couple minutes and within five minutes a new replacement order was completed! My daughter forgot to add her discount code on her order before submitting and immediately emailed Truly and they gladly credited her discount back. In our two experiences as first time Truly customers we have had outstanding customer service!! Thank you for that!! It’s so rare.

I used 3 of the products I ordered in… I used 3 of the products I ordered in the 3 for 3 deal I saw. The butt cream, the acai boobies, and the unicorn lotion. OMG! I ordered 2 other things and haven't even gotten through everything I have yet! I'm obsessed!!!! Everything smells amazing and feels so good! I also have very sensitive skin and none of these products so far has given me any type of irritation!! I LOVE IT!!!!!
