I sent all the necessary pictures of the product and quickly got fixed up with a new one on the way. I really appreciate it and I’m excited that you guys have such great customer support. Everyone responded to my email within 5 to 10 minutes maybe even less (at 1:30am also) I was switched over to 3 different reps and everyone knew all my information so I didn’t have to retype everything again.
