GBI had a bad smelling product. I had a bad smelling product and you guys reached out to me to make it better. That alone was nice of you and I appreciate it. I sent all the necessary pictures of the product and quickly got fixed up with a new one on the way. I really appreciate it and I’m excited that you guys have such great customer support. GBEveryone who responded to my emails was AMAZING!!! Everyone responded to my email within 5 to 10 minutes maybe even less (at 1:30am also) I was switched over to 3 different reps and everyone knew all my information so I didn’t have to retype everything again. All this was done thru email which I love! Everyone who responded to my e-mail was AMAZING!!!!!
