Great for beginning with, but not for rapid scaling. With many tools to choose from, Tinq.ai is a great service. They simply need to work on reducing response times for customer service inquiries and responding to customer needs more quickly; on some occasions, while I had a subscription that was $500 per month and rapidly expanding, I had to wait two to three days for a response. The decision to switch to another alternative was ultimately motivated by this.
