They simply need to work on reducing response times for customer service inquiries and responding to customer needs more quickly; on some occasions, while I had a subscription that was $500 per month and rapidly expanding, I had to wait two to three days for a response. The decision to switch to another alternative was ultimately motivated by this.

Good overall I do not have anything other than positive to say. Cool tool to have, I have a "pro" plan, and have all the features that I need. Customer support is great. I needed help and the developer went above and beyond to help me properly integrate the summarizing tool and the scraper in my workflow, which was not easy at all.
