Tinq.ai is a handy NLP API. I really like using Tinq in my app. This is by far the most versatile rephrasing (NLP) API that I've used I run a community website and the classifier is very handy. It helps me quickly moderate what is happening in the community and prevent hateful speech and other unexpected behavior.

They simply need to work on reducing response times for customer service inquiries and responding to customer needs more quickly; on some occasions, while I had a subscription that was $500 per month and rapidly expanding, I had to wait two to three days for a response. The decision to switch to another alternative was ultimately motivated by this.
