GBBack to the Future Having lived in a rural area for the last 18 months my Internet service had been dreadful with downloads speeds of between 2-3 mbps, quite frankly I was losing the will to live. Buffering and freezing would mean a 30 min programme would take 2 hours to watch. From a chance meeting at a petrol station I discovered Skylight Broadband, and within two days they had been round, surveyed and installed my new service. No long calls to several people in Mumbai, just quick, efficient local service. Immediately I was getting 50mbps+ and I almost can't believe it. I'm convinced their vehicle was a Dolorean disguised as a van as I feel I have been bumped back to the future and I'm now back in century 21. Thankyou Steve, Andrew and everybody else at Skylight Broadband you have saved my sanity. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly. Chris (Highweek, Newton Abbot)

GBQuick and efficient Andy got back to me after leaving a message I said there was no rush just as and when they could fit me in he very kindly squeezed me in he Got the job done Very efficient very polite would massively recommend. Will definitely use in the future.

GBSwitched to sky few weeks ago, but no router no internet Switched to sky few weeks ago. Openreach arrived to install fibre. Very helpful. But sky had not sent router/hub. Phoned said , will be there in an hour. No sign. On account Not dispatched. Wrote a complaint , then dispatched. Royal mail tracking Not received till 15.11. phoned First person 3-5 days. No internet. Transferred to another. Made many excuses. Know problem with supplier but asked why we were not informed. Then said will arrive today. When told royal mail still not received, then said may be tomorrow. Could be 3-5 days. Very evasive. Extremely poor service to start with. Be warned.

GBfriendly, helpful and efficient. I found Skylight Broadband to be friendly, helpful and efficient. They were not all "pushy" and dealt with any queries I had effectively without making me feel inadequate. I have not had to get any help since the installation, but I anticipate that their customer service will be first class.

GBThank you Skylight Broadband! Skylight Broadband have completely changed our WiFi experience! Living in the middle of nowhere meant that our broadband speeds were ridiculously slow. Along came Skylight and now we have reliable fast broadband. If we do have any problems, and they are rare, they are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Thank you Skylight Broadband for helping us to join the 21st Century!
