GBProvides satellite broadband where no… Provides satellite broadband where no fibre exists or cant be installed. When the signal is active it's not a bad service, but in a typical month we normally lose a couple of days for outages (which are never explained, communicated, or apologised for), and signal strength varies a lot below the 30 Mbps we pay for. Better than nothing, but overall quite unreliable. Customer Service responds quickly, normally within a day, but never really proactive, or with details of outages or why there are poor speeds in service.

GBSwitched to sky few weeks ago, but no router no internet Switched to sky few weeks ago. Openreach arrived to install fibre. Very helpful. But sky had not sent router/hub. Phoned said , will be there in an hour. No sign. On account Not dispatched. Wrote a complaint , then dispatched. Royal mail tracking Not received till 15.11. phoned First person 3-5 days. No internet. Transferred to another. Made many excuses. Know problem with supplier but asked why we were not informed. Then said will arrive today. When told royal mail still not received, then said may be tomorrow. Could be 3-5 days. Very evasive. Extremely poor service to start with. Be warned.

GBReally great support. Great company. Highly recommend Really great support. Helen took her time to unpick what had gone wrong, couldn't have been more helpful. Technical issues were explained with clarity for a non techie like me and I felt we were joint problem solving rather than being bamboozled by someone like you do with some companies. Helen went t great trouble to get hold of us as well and was persistent until she caught us. I am really impressed with Skylight. We had a really unstable connection with our previous providers but this has NEVER FAILED!! Amazing considering we live in the sticks, very rural area with no mobile signal. I can work from home, attend meetings, watch NETFLIX! We feel we have joined the 21st century albeit rather late.

GBGreat installation Very happy with the outcome of the broadband installation. It looked as if it would be almost impossible but the two engineers managed to find one site which found a good signal.
