About Skylight Broadband

We are a local Wireless internet service provider (WISP) based in Devon reaching out to rural communities who currently struggle with poor internet speeds. Our Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) network is completely independent from the traditional copper lines and instead use the latest radio technology to supply our customers with a Superfast Broadband connection. We also provide an option for customers who wish to keep their existing phone number by transferring the standard phone line over to Voip Phone.

We live in a small communal farmstead… We live in a small communal farmstead consisting of 6 dwellings, all suffering the same unacceptably slow broadband via copper landlines with no solution to our problem. After years of complaints and callouts to BT I heard of Skylight through a neighbour in the next valley. Inital contact was to set up a meeting to discuss solution as we live in a blind valley. Their attending engineer was positive, with a can-do attitude. As soon as my obligation was completed (pole erection, power etc) They installed their equipment in one day and hooray, in one fell swoop the end of all 6 dwellings suffering of slow and non existant broadband, and at a competetive price. Never looked back since.

Skylight have changed our lives This is a great business, providing high speed internet in tricky places. After years of struggling with old BT lines, long repair times and distant call centres, we have changed over to Skylight and are very happy. This is a local company, hard working and close to their customers. I think it's fair to say Skylight have changed our lives. Very good customer service and great fix times for those rare outages, highly recommended, a breath of fresh air!

Andy was incredible helpful and made… Andy was incredible helpful and made the whole process so easy. With previous comments regarding how remote our home is, I wasn’t 100% hopeful for a successful process but the results are beyond our expectations! Thank you so much for your help.

Great Company and s Live in a rural area where broadband via phone line is 3mbps and 4G between 7 and 15 mbps. With Netflix & Catch up I spent as much time watching the buffering logo as the show. Skylight installed their new Govt sponsored system. Easy install - less than half a day in appalling weather. An antenna mounted outside and new router. They advertise 100 mbps - I consistently get between 100mbps and 125 mbps. No buffering and the internet has improved immeasurably - like greased lightning and no drop outs. The Engineers/ Fitters were very efficient and couldn't be more helpful. I can't recommend the company and their service highly enough.
