Frantech is the best Frantech aka BuyVM has been my go-to source for VPS machines for a couple of years now. They've grown significantly and their customer service has not dwindled. If you have a problem a friendly person on the other end (usually Fran, Karen, or one of the staff members) answers pretty quick. Pricing is excellent for what you get. They will let you host services that other VPS providers shake their head at like you're some sort of tinfoil maniac, yet Frantech smiles at this as long as you're not doing anything to break TOS. 100% recommended.

Happy Customer, great web hosting experience I've been using web hosting purchased from buyvm.net for the last couple weeks. The service is awesome! Super fast response time from the support ticketing staff and the service is great. Great value and super fast servers.

9 Crashes I began using buyvm.net in 8/21. They were good. on 6/20/23, my server crashed. I thought it was disk corruption. It happened 8 more times after that. They said it was a hardware switch. They admit to the problem but will only provide credits, no refunds. My clients' websites were down a lot. Made me look really bad. I wish they'd communicated w/me to tell me there was a problem, & I wish they'd provide a refund, because I don't intend to stay & use credits.

Great CPU performance, quick support Great CPU performance with little issues, if at all. Staff is usually rather speedy, and any of the problems I've had over my years experience with them have been solved within one or two ticket replies. My latest ticket relating to slab storage was solved just by submitting a ticket, and I didn't have to do anything else besides reboot afterwards.
