Staff is usually rather speedy, and any of the problems I've had over my years experience with them have been solved within one or two ticket replies. My latest ticket relating to slab storage was solved just by submitting a ticket, and I didn't have to do anything else besides reboot afterwards.

Great customer support, fast and effective response. Response to a support ticket in the early AM hours was nearly instantaneous, and allowed me to fix the problem for my cloud instance (my end, not Frantech's). The response speed and quality have been absolutely A+ in the thankfully few tickets I've had to open in the past 11 years as a customer. If you are technically savvy enough to be your own system administrator, I would absolutely recommend Frantech. Even as a low-tier customer, I get premiere customer support.

Do not trust this service. A person using their service was committing fraud and stealing my banking information. Their response was that they don't care. If you see an IP address associated with their service make sure you work with you bank to block it. Also contacting the .ca domain authority to file a complaint against this domain.
