Highly Recommend LightningMD Lightning MD has been a great fit for my small billing company. Kelly worked with me to find an affordable option to fit my needs. Setting up different practices and providers for electronic claims filing/ERAs was the easiest process I have ever experienced. Claims management is a breeze and the reports are just what my clients need. The site is pretty intuitive, but if help is needed, customer support is very responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Finally found my permanent billing system! I started billing for solo mental health providers and small groups through various portals, then I used Kareo. Thankfully I found LightningMD! In comparison LightningMD is soooo much easier on every level. From setup to the actual billing process, it is quick and easy. Their customer service is outstanding and I will not be switching from LightningMD. I am looking forward to what the future holds for the platform and what else it will make easier!

Flexible, easygoing and wanting me to succeed as a business was my first impression of LMD and its founding partners! They are attentive and so responsive! I would never know that I am across the country from them all! I really felt like their billing software was one that I could eventually use, but they do such a great job billing for my practice, it has been nice for it to not be a concern! Each month I receive a summary of multiple different reports, but I can log in anytime to their site for any update or review I would want! Thank you LMD!
