AULack of technical support on the spot First of all, you don't have a live chat to resolve technical issues on the spot. The ticket system is ridiculous, it take times for the technical team to respond, then re respond, it takes days. Also, emails asking for technical assistance are obviously not read properly, addressing one issue but not all included in an email. I wish I did not sign up with value hosted, will never recommend it to anyone.

PKbest free ddos protection ever ! This review is for the support guy D. Noitk who saved me from 3,4,7 layer DDOS attacks. I was so annoyed that I decided to close the website because every web service I approached was either too expensive or to noob to cater to the issue. Definitely recommending Value Hosted

PKGood people Good people. I have purchased domain and web hosting and asked them to develop it as I don’t know much about websites. It’s not expensive comparing to their excellent support. whenever I need help, I find technical guy at support to help me.

INComparatively cheap but support is average Hosting cost is comparatively cheap. Changing settings in the Plesk tool is limited and need to raise ticket multiple times to setup the website initially. Support team response could be better. There is no live chat facility.
