AULack of technical support on the spot First of all, you don't have a live chat to resolve technical issues on the spot. The ticket system is ridiculous, it take times for the technical team to respond, then re respond, it takes days. Also, emails asking for technical assistance are obviously not read properly, addressing one issue but not all included in an email. I wish I did not sign up with value hosted, will never recommend it to anyone.

I was so annoyed that I decided to close the website because every web service I approached was either too expensive or to noob to cater to the issue. Definitely recommending Value Hosted
