Refund after website shutdown A website of one of our clients had been terminated by local police. A premium Wordfence license was still active on the website, which we renewed a month ago. I got a very quick and friendly reply from their support, who gave me a full refund of the paid fee. Fast, friendly and the perfect solution, so really great experience!

I've made a good 540 plus websites and… I've made a good 540 plus websites and WORDFENCE should now be called SCAM FENCE. Since around July 2023 all signup for free version ARE NOT FREE! Wordfence STOPS and require purchase of premium. WASTE oF TIME. DEFENDER much better for free version and a few others. Not sure who at WORDFENCE decided to go scam but no way to run a company. AS of FEB 03 WORDFENCE STILL REQUIRES PREMIUM TO USE. Set up 2 new sites and same SCAM. Receive a major warning screen with this new MUST PAY plugin that Wordfence is not set up. Weird you respond with the BS because this has now happened with around 25 DIFFERENT installs in the last 6 months. Tools used to be free. Set up parameters were free. Just not live updates. Now says you require premium license on ever single new site install

A Site Saving Service My goodness, I can't thank you all enough for existing. I'm no security expert, but I've been supporting a non-profit with multiple WP sites under AnonymousFox and DDOS attacks and found your service. Racing through the learning process, reaching Central, and locking things down was an absolute godsend. So far, so good, but I wanted to offer my thanks as a lowly nobody trying to protect a corner of the internet.

Wordfence Premium is a MUST have app… Wordfence Premium is a MUST have app that runs in the background of your wordpress etc. This program has been an excellent add-on because it directly deals with your site's plugins and much more. Don't rely on just having an anti-virus software, because this is totally seperate from that. The support team was very prompt to answer my email and concerns, and was very informative. Thank you Wordfence :)

Not sure how I feel about Wordfence… Not sure how I feel about Wordfence only allowing a very important Elementor Pro security patch to work for free users after 30 days. By that point the infection could be potentially widespread. What's up with this 30 day rubbish? Why not protect people instantly? Because of greed, that's why.
