Wordfence Premium is a MUST have app… Wordfence Premium is a MUST have app that runs in the background of your wordpress etc. This program has been an excellent add-on because it directly deals with your site's plugins and much more. Don't rely on just having an anti-virus software, because this is totally seperate from that. The support team was very prompt to answer my email and concerns, and was very informative. A Bargain I had a malware attack that made my site inoperable. I signed up for Wordfence Care and their team (Graham and Janet) were working on the problem within hours. They cleared up the malware with 24 hours, and had the site fully operational within 48 hours (they even worked on Christmas Day). The best part of the service was the excellent communication from the team. They made sure I knew what they were doing and why, and gave me the tools to monitor my site and fix problems on my own. They were fantastically responsive at every stage. An excellent solution to shield your ecommerce site Wordfence has been my solution to a serious issue we encountered with one of our websites. We built the site on WordPress, have an online store, and use WooCommerce. When we were linking the pixels, we unfortunately experienced being hacked. We realized this because our META ads were being redirected to unknown sites, completely unrelated to ours, in a sort of phishing scheme. That's when we understood that the problem originated from our site, which had been hacked and infected with malicious code causing this redirection. We purchased the 'Wordfence Care' package, as our site was fully infected and we needed a thorough review by experts. Dave, who was our consultant, was extremely kind from the start and always attentive to all our emails. We methodically reviewed every potential vulnerability, and finally, the site was completely clean.
